چکیده

The quantum hadrodynamics are studied by using non-perturbative renormalization group equations. Approximate discrete γ5-symmetry is studied. It is shown that the contributions of one-loop diagrams are important for effective potential. A relation between the local-potential approximation and the usual Hartree approximation is discussed. The local-potential approximation includes contribution of the Fock term to nucleon self-energy, contribution in the usual random phase approximation to meson self-energy and vertex corrections in part as well as the Hartree contribution to the effective potential. Approximate discrete γ5-symmetry is studied phenomenologically in the Hartree approximation. This approximate symmetry may exist in nuclear matter.

Renormalization Group Reduction of Symplectic Maps

By means of the perturbative renormalization group method, we study a long-time behaviour of some symplectic discrete maps near elliptic and hyperbolic fixed points. It is shown that a naive renormalization group (RG) map breaks the symplectic symmetry and fails to describe a long-time behaviour. In order to preserve the symplectic symmetry, we present a regularization procedure, which gives a ...

Non-perturbative renormalization of four-quark operators and BK with Schrödinger functional scheme in quenched domain-wall QCD

We present non-perturbative renormalization factors for ∆S = 2 four-quark operators in quenched domain-wall QCD using the Schrödinger functional method. Non-perturbative renormalization factor for BK is evaluated at hadronic scale. Combined with the non-perturbative RG running obtained by the Alpha collaboration, our result yields renormalization factor which converts lattice bare BK to the ren...

Perturbation theory and non-perturbative renormalization flow in scalar field theory at finite temperature

We use the non-perturbative renormalization group to clarify some features of perturbation theory in thermal field theory. For the specific case of the scalar field theory with O(N) symmetry, we solve the flow equations within the local potential approximation. This approximation reproduces the perturbative results for the screening mass and the pressure up to order g3, and starts to differ at ...

It is proved that the SU(2)-symmetric model of hadrodynamics can well be set up on the gaugeinvariance principle. The quantization of the model can readily be performed in the Lagrangian path-integral formalisms by using the Lagrangian undetermined multiplier method. Furthermore, it is shown that the quantum theory is invariant with respect to a kind of BRST-transformations. From the BRST-symme...

Renormalization of the ∆B=2 four-quark operators in lattice NRQCD

We calculate perturbative renormalization constants for the ∆B=2 fourquark operators in lattice NRQCD. Continuum operators b̄γμ(1−γ5)q b̄γμ(1− γ5)q and b̄(1 − γ5)q b̄(1 − γ5)q, which are necessary in evaluating the mass and width differences in B0 d(s) − B̄0 d(s) systems, are matched at one-loop with corresponding lattice operators constructed from the NRQCD heavy quarks and the O(a)-improved light ...
